Let's Rago App
Use the dedicated app "Let's・ラ・GO" to rent ADIVA. Reservation, payment, pickup, return, and inquiries are all completed within the app.
Pre-registration is required (registration may take a few days). If you are interested, please download the app first and complete the registration.
How to Use
Step 1: Reservation
Select your desired rental date and duration from the app or website. Please have your driver's license number ready.
Step 2: Departure
Please arrive with plenty of time before departure for administrative procedures, vehicle explanation, and vehicle inspection.
- Payment is only accepted by credit card of the renter
- Please bring your helmet, gloves, and driver's license
- Please wear appropriate clothing for riding (no shorts or sandals)
Step 3: During Use
In case of an accident or self-accident, please report to the police, confirm the other party, and contact the rental company and accident reception center.
Step 4: Return
Please return with a full tank of gasoline. Vehicle inspection will be conducted, and additional charges may apply if parts replacement is necessary.
Insurance Information
Insurance Included in Basic Fee
Rental fees include compulsory liability insurance and optional insurance.
- Personal injury: Unlimited
- Property damage: 10 million yen (deductible: 50,000 yen)
- Injury benefit: Passenger injury 5 million yen
- Vehicle coverage: Not included
Cases Where Insurance Does Not Apply
- •Violation of rental terms (drunk driving, drug use, etc.)
- •Failure to follow required procedures (failure to report to police, etc.)
- •Negligence in use or management (theft due to leaving keys in vehicle, etc.)
- •No police accident certificate
Other Notes
- •Theft insurance is not included; customer is responsible in case of theft
- •Customer is responsible for vehicle damage due to fall or accident
- •Customer is responsible for tire puncture or burst repair costs
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
If the vehicle becomes unusable due to an accident, theft, or loss, the following fees will be charged:
- Self-driven return to store: ¥20,000 + parts & labor
- Tow truck or roadside service return: ¥50,000 + parts & labor
- Theft: ¥50,000 + market value
- Lost key: ¥20,000 + parts & labor
